Hello 48 Team,

I can't access the internet for over a week now that I joined 48

Could you tell me what to do?.

When was it working ok for you last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Are calls and texts working ok? 

Do you have an active membership plan on your My48 account dashboard?
