Can't sign into account.

After signing up I received and activated sim card & Ported number. Number seems to be Ported over as it rings and accepts texts. But I can't sign in to my account again? I tried forgot password. It says there is no account with my email. It's definitely 100% the right email & password. So I resigned back up again presumably to activate a new sim with same email & password. It took the same email & password as a new account. I then like before put in activation code. It says sim has been activated. Ok so I know sim is activated but I can't sign into my account to buy a membership or anything else?

I don't think that signing up again with the same email address was the right thing to do.
I suspect that you're going to need to contact 48 support about this and ask them to look into it.
