If so, when did it stop working?
Do you have an active membership?
You need one for calls to work.
Do any calls work at all?
Can you send texts?
Do you have a signal?
Have you been abroad and returned recently?
You can also port your previous number if you want.
Have exhausted my 100GB data but my membership period has 15days left. I bought topup another month plan, but still unable to use Internet. Can I have the current plan cancelled to enable me use the new topup
You need to buy a data add-on to use data for the remainder of your membership month.
You cannot terminate a monthly membership early to allow a new one to start. Memberships always run their full monthly term.
If you're regularly using up the 100GB membership data allowance then maybe you should consider switching to the €12.99 200GB membership?
