Did you activate your 48 SIM successfully without any errors?
Is it installed and working in your phone?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Did you port your number from 3 to 48 successfully?
Is the correct number listed on your My48 account?
For mobile data to work using the free 1GB of 4G mobile data allowance your APN settings been to be configured correctly. Are they?
For outgoing services to work you need to have an active monthly membership plan. Did you buy one?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
