my data only works sometimes and is being weird

i have been using 48 for a while and never encountered this problem, i just topped up on Tuesday, before i was using the wifi in my flat for a few days, now the data on my phone is being weird e.g. i went to do a speaking exercise on duolingo and it wouldn't work until i connected to the wifi again, i can't see "manage all history" in youtube settings unless i am connected to wifi; it tells me i am not connected to the internet even though i definitely am and can watch videos, i had to turn airplane mode on and off to get pages to load with my data, and i couldn't update an app, it just stayed on "pending" and never downloaded.

any ideas? please and thanks

When was it working ok last?

Are calls and texts working ok inside the flat and outside?

Are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if mobile data works any better there?

Maybe you could try a replacement SIM in case your SIM has somehow developed a fault?

When was it working ok last?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if mobile data works any better there?
