How do I switch my plan to the Guido if I already have the don membership when going abroad

I bought an add on for 1GB internet the add on did not register so I bought another 1GBHowever, 48 charged me 6€ and I only got 1 GB OF INTERNT

Hi, I'm on the Guido membership and know that my Internet should work whilst travelling within the EU, however on a recent trip to Italy it only worked for a few hours then completely stopped. Is there any setting that needs to be changed or anything...

Resolved! Internet running out even on wifi

Hi, I just ran out of data even though I've been using wifi these past few days. This has never happened before. My wifi assist is turned off and I only use spotify on offline mode. Any help appreciated!

2gb of internet used over night once plan renewed

My package renewed at midnight last night. My data usage in 7 hours since my renewal was 2gb- my phone is also on wifi while this happened - up to the renewal at 12 o lock the usage wasn't this high - but 2gb in 7 hours for a phone connected to wifi ...

Roaming

I'm going abroad today and would like to buy the membership that provides internet access while roaming. I renewed my Mitch membership a week ago though and it doesn't seem possible to buy a second one. Is there anyway around this?
