Data Connection incredibly poor the past week

My data connection has been incredibly poor this past week. Phone says its on a 4G connection but I'm unable to hold video calls properly, it buffers regularly while playing songs on spotify and I've been watching youtube videos around 360-240p. Has anyone else experienced this. I am well above my data limit with 20GB out of 40GB left.

Delete your APN and configure it from scratch using these instructions.
