You'll need to post a bit more detail.

Did you activate the SIM properly?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

What make and model of phone is it?

Do you get any error messages when you try to make a call?

Can you send/receive texts OK?

Can you receive calls OK?

If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

For data to work you need to configure your internet/APN settings - see here:

Hope this helps.

Hi, answering your questions:

Did you activate the SIM properly?

Yes, I did. I can call and receive calls. Is just 1 particular number.

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Yes, it´s unlocked.

What make and model of phone is it?

iPhone 7

Do you get any error messages when you try to make a call?

I got a message saying, you are not allowed to call this number.

Can you send/receive texts OK?

Yes

Can you receive calls OK?

Yes.

If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

No, the phone does it automatically.

Thanks for the help but the problem persists.

Since it's an iPhone is probably the stupid Apple iPhone activation thing where you have to put some cash credit on the account to pay for one or more UK SMS messages that the phone automatically sends to a UK activation server.

Put €1 cash credit on your account and switch the phone off and on again and see if it activates and starts working.

As I say, blame Apple for this stupidity...

Hope this helps.
