Unable to use app

Does anyone else have the same issue we have opening the app. It never opens for us we've tried deleting and downloading it again. It just says error after watching the 48 logo loading wheel move around. This is persistent since we joined. 🤯

Yes - it's been like that for a few days now.

Almost certainly a server side issue so uninstalling/reinstalling won't help.

Just use the website instead for now.

I was also having this problem... but all good now.

 

Might have been sorted server side or might be when I configured the APN settings to be the ones 100% as recommended on this forum.

Whenever the app doesn't work just use the website instead.
