Donegal border region - can only connect to NI networks

Hi folks, hope someone can help. As per the title, I live in Donegal on the border to NI and can't pick up any networks that aren't all UK. Any suggestions? Open to anything as it constantly shows that I'm roaming.

I live in Ireland and traveled to Spain.My 48chip just stop to work (was working and just stop no reason).Now I arrived in Ireland again and my 48 continuos not working.

My son has a My 48 sim card, only calls and Messenger work. The other games don't work at all, I pay €12.99 every month and he doesn't even use the internet (because it doesn't work?)
