Hi, I've lost my data because I didn't do the APN setting thing in time. I've have gone in to the setting and tried several times to manually correct this on my phone but I've not been successful . It keeps telling me I'm with Tesco Mobile Internet and when I add 48 Internet and go through all the steps it doesn't save it.
This has been going on since December!!!!

Try texting "APN" to 50048 and see if that helps.
If that doesn't help then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.

Note that some phones may display Tesco even though things work correctly on the 48 network.
If that happens then just ignore it.
