It's been a week almost that i have got my new sim and one month plan, but all of a sudden it started not working at all on internet browser showing offline mode on google, map and youtube. Nothing is working despite restarting my phone several times. I am really disappointed with this service.

Are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?
If you are on Android you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
What exactly do you mean by "nothing is working"?
Are calls and texts working ok?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
