48 SIM range not working

 

Hi I have paid for the 48sim and joined the 12.99 plan, but it doesnt seem to be working and the range is also not good. please provide a solution

Your post is a bit confusing. 

If it's not working then how is the "range ... not good"?

And what exactly does that mean?

Please describe in more detail and more clearly exactly what the issue is.

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks? 

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens?

Any error messages on the phone?

If you do have a connection to the 48 network then do any services work? 

Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data? 

If there are problems what happens? Any error messages?
