What exactly is the problem? 

What does "EU timing" mean in the thread title?

There is no specific "roaming plan" with 48.

All 48 membership plans come with some allowances for EU/UK/EEA roaming.

For issues while roaming abroad the usual general advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

If calls and texts work but mobile data doesn't then double check that your APN settings are still configured correctly:
