Plan not activating

Hi All, 

I use 48 to provide internet to a digital signage player and has worked fine for the past 6 or 7 months. I would do manual top up and the plan would go through almost instantly. This time i had let it run over by a couple days and the plan expired. I purchased the plan again but it didnt activate instantly, and i dont see the transaction at all on my account but it shows on my bank. The device is still offline and still doesnt have an internet connection.

Anyone running into this today?
