Why don't I receive confirmation code when paying with card?

Hi. Why don't I receive a confirmation code when paying with a credit card if the bank sends this code to my phone number? Thanks

You mean the payment can't be finalised without the code? 

Several people have reported not receiving two factor authentication codes by text message from different service providers. 

If this is what's happening here then you'll have to contact 48 support and maybe also your bank to see if they can help.
