I recently renewed my membership and noticed the APN settings showing Tesco Mobile under MMS. The specifics:
Name: Tesco Mobile
APN: tescomobile.liffeytelecom.com
MMSC: http://mmc1/servlets/mms
MMS proxy:10.1.11.19
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 272
MNC: 11
APN type: mms
I'm wondering if this will have any impact on receiving texts or calls, as 4G-internet seems fine for now.

If everything is working then there's no problem.
Normally 4G and MMS only work if the APN is configured as follows:
