PC connects to hotspot but says no internet access

When I try to connect my PC to the hotspot from my phone, it always shows as connected but without internet. I'm not sure why this is happening. I have already reset the APN settings, but that did not resolve the issue.

Yes, my mobile data works normally, but when I try to use the hotspot, no devices can connect to it. I’ve tried multiple devices, but none can access the internet. I'm using an iPhone.

Does mobile data work normally for internet browsing and connected apps etc.?

If it does then how did you configure your hotspot?

Is it an Android or iPhone phone? 

Can you try connecting a different computer or other device to the hotspot to check if the same issue happens there?

This is confusing. 

First you said:

But then you said:

Which is it? 

What happens when you try to connect?

Any error messages? 

Sounds to me like the hotspot isn't configured correctly.

Otherwise you might need to contact Apple or use an iPhone forum to figure out why it's not working.
