my internet connection is so poor now a days.
there is no customer care service for 48
no idea who should we connect to resolve this issue @48

There is customer care for 48.

First thing you should do though is ensure that your APN settings are configured correctly.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to ensure that this is the case:
If that doesn't help then maybe try a replacement SIM in case that helps:
If that still doesn't help then contact 48 support.

What exactly do you mean by "very poor"?
When was it working ok last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
