Nintendo Switch on 48 hotspot but can't play some games

As the post suggests my switch will not allow me to play online games (nintendo games) with my hotspot. it works for other games (non nintendo). I can still use the internet on it weirdly enough, just that it will not play online multiplayer. It may be down to the fact it is NAT D but if anyone has any ideas, i'd love to hearit.

I presume that this is configuration/connectivity issue local to your own setup or something specific to Nintendo/Switch and not anything to do with the 48 network/mobile data hotspot per se since I don't think that they put any restrictions on what goes through a 48 mobile data based hotspot.

Maybe one of the Nintendo Switch forums might be a better bet for assistance?
