Can you help me to recharge the data as I am unable to download the app from play store due to some country setting

What do you mean "recharge"?

What "country setting" are you referring to?

What app are you referring to?

 

What error do you get when you try to download the app?

Do you have an active membership?

Do you have data via the membership or a data add-on?

Are your APN settings configured correctly?
