Issues topping up even though email and password is correct and I’m signed in but can’t top up. It’s saying it should take 15 mins if not I should contact support but are not open

What exactly is the error message when you try to top-up (I presume that you're trying to buy a membership plan?)?
Does it make any difference if you use the app rather than the web interface - or vice versa?
Are you able to successfully buy stuff on 48 previously?
Is your payment card still valid?
