Used up data, bought new plan, still no data

I have bought a new plan but it is not working yet I have no data left and have to wait 1 more day but I can’t as I need it now!

If you've used up your membership plan mobile data allowance then you need to buy a data add-on to continue using mobile data until the end of your current plan.

Buying a new plan doesn't help as you have discovered. 

The new plan will just stack on your account to kick in when the current one runs its full monthly course and expires.

If you're using a €12.99 plan then from the next one on there won't be any data usage cap:
