Working fine for me in Dublin anyway.
Where are you located?
Do you know any other 48 or maybe Three users nearby?
Are they having problems?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If you do have a network connection then are any services working at all?
Incoming/outgoing calls/texts or mobile data?
When did you start experiencing problems?
Did anything change since it was working ok?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
