I've probably accessed every threat in the community trying to figure out what I have to do to be able to use 4G. I have an iPhone 11.
My Date Roaming is On
My APN settings have http://48months.liffeytelecom.com
My MMSC is http://mmc1/servlets/mms
My MMS Proxy is 10.1.11.19:8080
Yet, the only Data options I get are LTE, 3G and 2G.
Yes, I've also reset my network settings.
Can someone please help me with this?

LTE is basically 4G.
So if you're getting LTE then there's nothing wrong.
If you want to start from scratch then delete any existing APNs, text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that your mobile data settings are correct:
