No 5G on Pixel 6A

Hi,

I got an email saying I should now have 5G on my plan. Also just signed up for the €12.99 plan that includes 5G. I have a Pixel 6A which is 5G enabled. In my settings I have selected 5G prefferd for network preference. Yet I still have only LTE network for my internet. Any help with this would be appreciated

Same. I just signed up today for 48 and couldn't get it. Very disappointed. Already thinking of changing provider. I can get 4G only cheaper somewhere else.

As explained elsewhere in this and other threads, the issue is down to Google not whitelisting 48/Liffey Telecom for 5G access on certain Pixel handsets and will only be resolved when they take action and issue a software update that fixes this.
