Upgraded to Pixel 9a and getting "SIM Error"

Hi

I have upgrade my phone to a Pixel 9a , but it will not accecp my current sim.

How do i get a new one. that will work with Pixel.

Is "SIM error" the verbatim and only error message?

If your SIM is old then it may not be compatible.

The Pixel 9a may require a class C/1.8V SIM.

As far as I know Google Pixel phones since Pixel 8 require class C.

You might want to try a replacement SIM and see if that works.

Hello BrianG.  Did a new 48 sim card solve your problem?

Did this get sorted out by ordering a replacement SIM? I'm in the same boat

Most people don't bother to post follow ups so you'll probably be as well to order a new/replacement SIM and try for yourself.

Well I am going to post follow up, as of today the new sim worked in the Pixel 9a phone.
