Money taking out of my account

I went on to activate my plan just for one months but said it failed each time and money was taken out each time

Thank you for your help , I called them and they told me to get help on the 48 community chat and I emailed them and said they will try help with my query within 7 working days as they are experiencing high volume of calls!
