Mobile data not working

My data has run out on my current plan so I just topped up by 10 euro but still have no mobile data. Anyone know why?

Is you are on a legacy membership plan with a limited mobile data allowance and have used that allowance up before the end of the membership plan month then you need to buy a data add-on if you want to continue using mobile data for the rest of the plan month. 

Topping up your cash credit balance doesn't help although you can now use that cash credit to buy one or more data add-ons.

If you are habitually using up your membership plan's mobile data allowance before the membership plan month is up then you might want to consider moving to the €12.99 plan which comes with unlimited Irish mobile data.

Thank you so much!! I didn’t even see the add data link so just went to add credit and yes I think changing to 12.99 plan probably better. Thanks again for taking the time to answer
