Mobile data not working

My data has run out on my current plan so I just topped up by 10 euro but still have no mobile data. Anyone know why?Thanks

Thank you so much!! I didn’t even see the add data link so just went to add credit and yes I think changing to 12.99 plan probably better. Thanks again for taking the time to answer
