Mobile data isn't working

Hi,

My name is Dhanya Mohan, my 48 sim number is (089) 422 5036. I have activated this sim on 16th April and it is valid till 16th May but now I am not able to use internet connection to this number. I made a credit of 10€ on 2/5/24, also recharged today 3/5/24 with €12.99.

Could you please help me to recover the issue please

Do calls and texts work ok?

Do you have an active membership plan with non-zero allowance balances?

Did you configure your APN settings?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to ensure that they are configured correctly: 

If mobile data still doesn't work at that then post back with more info.
