How do I start a live chat? I need help with my account and the button to start live chst is not present. It was there before.

What happens if you try to buy a membership manually?

Any error messages?

Was your card reissued/updated so that the registered card details are no longer valid?

Maybe try deleting the registered card details and re-adding them?

International calls are not covered my membership/add-on call minutes allowances.

They are charged to any cash credit balance on your account.

Do you have cash credit on your account to pay for the UK calls?

 

 

In case it's relevant, Northern Ireland landlines called using the 048 prefix instead of 00 44 are treated as Irish national calls and are covered by membership/add-on call minutes allowances.

You can do this via your My48 account under My Profile > Payment Details > Your Card > Add Card

I have a problem because I am not receiving text messages from Poland from my bank... I contacted the bank and they asked me to check the problem with the operator because the text messages are coming from them and are in the waiting for delivery status.

Occasionally some people have reported problems with receiving security texts from banks and other institutions even based in Ireland. For example:

 

 

Unfortunately I've never seen a general fix for this when it happens.
