I'm travelling in Australia for a couple of weeks. Is Saily eSim compatible with 48?

What exactly do you mean by "Is Saily eSim compatible with 48?"?

48 don't do eSIMs.

And if you use something like Saily then presumably you're not using 48?

48 do support roaming services in Australia. 

If you mean can you use a Saily eSIM and a 48 physical SIM at the same time then that depends on your phone.
