WiFi dongle that is compatible with 48 on Android

Do you mean a 4G/5G dongle/router that uses 4G/5G mobile data as a broadband connection and provides WiFi connectivity to local devices?

If so then any device that is unlocked for use on any network should work fine. 

You just need to configure the APN correctly.
