Hi I just bought the 5 G plan and discovered my phone is not compatible with It. I can't access the Internet can you please put my membership back to 4G.

All 48 membership plans support 4G LTE, 3G etc.
The €12.99 plan also supports 5G.
It doesn't support only 5G.
If 4G LTE mobile data isn't working for you then check that your APN settings are configured correctly.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to make sure that this is the case:
