Your post is a bit garbled and confusing.

What exactly do you mean by "connecting always waiting forvthe network"?

Describe exactly what you are doing, what happens, any error messages etc.

When was mobile data working OK for you last?

What changed in the meantime?

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

If you are having problems with the 48 mobile data connection/speed then the first thing to check is that your APN settings are configured correctly.

If you still have problems when the APN settings are configured correctly then you may need to try a replacement SIM:
