We're really sorry to see you go!

If you're switching to another network and want to keep your number, no worries, your new provider will handle the move for you. Since you're on a prepay plan, you don’t need to give them an account number. Once your number transfers, your 48 account will close automatically and auto-renew will be turned off.

What about your credit?
Just a heads-up! You’ll lose any unused credits when you leave. So, it’s a good idea to use them up before you go.

Not keeping your number with you?
If you're planning to stop using our service or switch to a new network without keeping your number, you can simply stop using the SIM. But don’t forget to turn off auto-renew (if it’s still on) to avoid any surprise charges. You can do that by logging into My48 and heading to: My Profile > Payment Details > Toggle off Auto Renew

Your account will be suspended after 6 months of no activity (no calls/texts/internet usage, no top-ups or plan purchases) and will close for good after 12 months.
