Make sure that your APN is configured correctly and your mobile data is working ok for web browsing, internet access, and connected apps.

What have you tried? 

What exactly isn't working? 

Any error messages? 

What make and model of phone are you using? 

Is mobile data working normally for browsing and connected apps?
