Got message saying data used up but still have 175GB

I have 175GB left in my account. But I received message that I have used all my data allowance. Now my phone not connecting to the Internet. Can anyone help?

How/where did you get the message telling you that you had used up your data allowance? 

Are you in Ireland or roaming abroad?

Are calls and texts still working ok?

Are your APN settings still configured correctly?
