Google provide a lot of different apps.
Which one(s) are you referring to?
What apps apart from WhatsApp DO work ok?
Did apps such as YouTube ever work for you?
If so when did they stop working?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Maybe this is an issue local to your phone and nothing to do with the 48 network/mobile data?

When were Google/YouTube working ok for you last?
What changed in the meantime?
What happens when you try to use Google/YouTube?
Any error messages?
Are you sure that those apps have permissions to use mobile data?
Maybe delete cache/data for these apps and see if that makes any difference?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
