What happens when you try to use other apps?
Do other apps work ok when you're on a wi-fi enabled local area network rather than 48 carrier data?
If not then it's definitely a local phone/settings issue and nothing to do with the 48 network.
Maybe your phone permissions are configured to only allow data access to those two apps for some reason?
If your data connection is working at all then it should work for all connected apps.
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
Do you have an active membership with a non-zero data allowance balance?
