Cash credit on your account doesn't give access to services.
It's just there to buy membership, add-ons or pay for international calls etc.
What exactly do you mean by "I topped up my mobile data"?
What exactly did you buy?
You need an active membership plan to be able to use services.
Do you have one?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What plan are you on?
Are calls and texts working ok?
When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to make sure that they are.
