Hi , how can I use the app when I have no internet? My wife needs data that I could share with her but she needs to allow contact sharing in the app, she can open the app as she has no data left so what should she do?

What app?

You need data or wifi to use connected apps.

If you have no data left on your membership then you can buy a data add-on to continue using data:
