Your post was blank @Subhashs3975 so you haven't really provided a detailed description of your problem.
But I'm assuming that you're using an iPhone and when trying to configure the hotspot you get some sort of "contact carrier" message?
That being the case you should first make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly and mobile data is working ok.
To do this text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:
Once your mobile data is working ok you should configure your iPhone hotspot as normal but also refer to this post and, in particular the section titled "A note about personal hotspot setup on iPhones":
If you still have problems then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
