APN issues and slow laggy data

Hi, I've been having major issues with my data randomly stopping at times which causes me to turn it off for a while before turning it back on. I've had this data plan for a while and have only realized that the APN is important but I do not know how to access this. please help.

Delete any existing APNs then text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that your settings are configured correctly: 

If you still have issues with mobile data after that then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
