Subject: 5G Connectivity Issue in Cavangarden, Ballyshanno
Dear Community
Since yesterday, I am no longer able to access 5G in the Cavangarden area of Ballyshannon, despite having received a stable 5G connection previously. I rely on this network and would greatly appreciate any assistance or suggestions to resolve this issue.

Are calls and texts working OK?
Are you getting any mobile data connection at all? E.g. 4G instead of 5G?
Could there be a local outage due to storm Bert perhaps?
Although I can't see any general outages reported in that area here:
Have you tried deleting your APN and configuring it from scratch to see if that makles any difference?

What make and model of phone is it?
Some or all 5G enabled Google Pixel phones can't get 5G on 48 due to the fact that Google don't whitelist 48/Liffey Telecom for 5G connectivity:
