I can’t turn on outo renew

What happens when you try or is the option simply greyed out/disabled? 

If you're using the app then maybe try the web interface instead. 

Or vice versa. 

Or try another browser/device.

If you still can't get it working then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
