I don't really understand how this works it keeps talking my money now it's telling me all my data is used. I don't understand

What exactly do you mean by "keeps taking my money" and what exactly do you not understand?

The only way your money can be taken automatically is once a month if you've registered your payment card details on your My48 account and membership plan auto-renewal is enabled. 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases? 

If your membership plan renewed recently and you received a message from 48 saying that your data was used up then it's a mistake on their part and you can just ignore it especially if your mobile data is still working ok.
