Calls and texts work but mobile data doesn't

My son has a My 48 sim card, only calls and Messenger work. The other games don't work at all, I pay €12.99 every month and he doesn't even use the internet (because it doesn't work?)

Did you configure the APN settings?
Text "APN" to 50048.
If that doesn't work then you'll have to do it manually.
