Did calls/texts ever work?
What exactly does not work?
All calls (incoming and outgoing)?
All texts (incoming and outgoing)?
Something else?
Where are you located?
Do you know others on 48 or maybe other virtual networks operating on the Three network - e.g. Tesco, Lycamobile etc.?
If so how do they get on?
Have you tried contacting 48 support to ask them about the problems that you are experiencing?

If you want to leave 48 then you don't do anything other than going to another network and optionally asking them to transfer your number from 48 to their network.
